By purchasing and using Innerplatz ("the App," "Licensed Application"), you agree to these terms. The App is provided by HARDMODE LLC ("we," "us," "Developer"), not by Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and HARDMODE LLC only. Neither Apple nor Google is a party to this EULA, and neither is responsible for the App or its content. Store-specific terms are set out in the "Additional terms" sections below, according to where you obtained the App.
Innerplatz is an AI-powered tool for emotional self-reflection. It uses a language model to generate responses to your inputs. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or professional mental health care.
The App does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Responses are generated by an AI and should not be relied upon as professional guidance. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a mental health professional or your local emergency services or crisis line (in the U.S., call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
You retain ownership of everything you write in the App. Your inputs are processed in real time to generate responses and are not stored on our servers. We do not claim any rights to your content.
Innerplatz offers an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the App's features. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices are shown in the App prior to purchase.

We grant you a non-transferable license to use the App on any device that you own or control, subject to these terms and to the rules of the store from which you obtained the App. The App may also be accessed by other accounts associated with you through your store's family-sharing or volume-purchasing features. Store-specific usage rules are described in the "Additional terms" sections below.
Innerplatz and its subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the applicable store's terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly.
We aim to keep the App available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The App requires an internet connection for its AI features. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure of the App to conform to any warranty are our sole responsibility, and not the responsibility of the store from which you obtained the App. Store-specific warranty remedies are described in the "Additional terms" sections below.
You acknowledge that HARDMODE LLC, and not the store from which you obtained the App, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, HARDMODE LLC, and not the store from which you obtained the App, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
HARDMODE LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Neither Apple nor Google has any obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HARDMODE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App, including your wireless data service agreement.
The following terms apply only if you obtained the App from the Apple App Store. This EULA is between you and HARDMODE LLC only, and not with Apple. Your license is limited to using the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and may also be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of these terms Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
The following terms apply only if you obtained the App from the Google Play Store. This EULA is between you and HARDMODE LLC only, and not with Google. Your use of the App must also comply with the then-current Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for the App or its content, makes no warranty regarding it, and has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for it.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the App.
